. If I do make something vegan it will either be
homemade / half from my recipe cards & cookbooks -
either a pasta salad or possibly
a vegan Thai soup recipe I found online recent
. However I'm more leaning towards the pasta salad
which is much quicker , easier , and will last a few days more too
. As for entertainment
and since I can't wait till July 4th from the SyFy channel here either
it will be a " mini binge watch TZ Marathon " with
episodes of my choosing via
The DVD Collection of course
( I definitely got my money's worth with this fine collection too ! )

I should've figured you for some type of great tv marathon And a twilight zone one is the way to do it. One of these days I am going to get that dvd set and have some marathons of my own. I am also curious which episodes you end up picking in that great collection. I am not doing too much this weekend. I went out tonight and saw a couple of really good bands at the local bar and I am probably staying in for tomorrow and then having dinner with my parents on Monday. I am going to eat some really unhealthy foods and probably gain weight but I guess that's what usually happens every year on memorial day. Also this gives me the chance to catch up on some dvd's and tv shows. I have been slacking on my star trek DS9 collection so this will be a nice opportunity to possibly do a marathon for that. That's why I think you have such a great tradition with these marathons on holidays. That gives me the inspiration to do the same since I have so many dvd's here.
