What happened to the box office, bro. I thought haters were gonna hate and it was going to be a smash hit anyway?   I still have hopes that the positive word of mouth from the people who've actually seen it (as opposed to the people who rated it 1 star before it even came out) will give it strong legs. But even if it ends up being a total flop, Kathleen Kennedy will still be a millionaire in charge of Lucasfilm, and I'll still get to laugh that your childhood is being"ruined". Keep hoping, buddy.....it's a surefire recipe for success. 
Just ask DCU fans.
I wouldn't be so sure about Kathleen Kennedy's future either. I'd say if she is responsible for producing one more divisive/shitty Star Wars movie, she's going to be looking for a new job. |
