Yeah I take stories like that with a grain of salt, but who knows? They don't call it the "dark web" for nothing. There were other things I've seen where people said there were sites where you could score weapons and others that sold human organs.

The dark web is mainly used for drugs, weapons, and child/animal pornography. Some crazy stuff does exist. But that live stream story is ridiculous though. Human eyes wouldn't be wasted on the whim of a casual viewer. They'd charge and secure the payment before doing anything of the sort. And like another person said, one cannot just wander into a live torture stream without the proper connections
