No worries it's just more than likely Google Chrome tracking cookies and other secret technology they use to find out what you are searching for. They do it so that they can find out what you like and try to sell you things. I guess they partner with other websites so they can target select audiences that may be interested in buying stuff. Sucks , but it's hard to avoid nowadays. I'm sure it's all in the "fine print" somewhere on Google Chrome's TOS before you install and use it on your computer. They have great lawyers.
