I think pretty much everyone is a hypocrite at least at some time or another in their lives. this also applies to myself (even though we try to avoid that stuff as much as possible).
hell, to be honest... it would be easy for a atheist to say us Christians are hypocrites because we may often do things (or say things) we should not be based our Christian religion. but... being we are all sinners, it's going to be very difficult to live the Ten Commandments etc to the letter without any slip up whatsoever. but the important thing is... we try and keep a regular life of prayer etc which gives us grace from God to help resist sin and to live a more holy life. I can honestly say I have made some progress here even though, obviously, I still have a ways to go.
NOTE: I did not watch the OP's video as I was just making some generalized comments above.
