I think Josh is cjdull76 is right. Although I have often wondered that too and the odd thing is we actually do see all the people you mentioned in the comic books and Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Batwoman and Black Canary have all dealt with rapists and Supergirl once told a rapist if she saw him again she would tear his nuts off and shove them down his throats. Then in the comic books it has always been a known fact Mad Hatter is a pedophile and they never show him dong anything thankfully but it is said he kidnaps young girls he believes are Alice, rapes and tortures them and when he is finished with them he kills them but in 'Gotham' they removed that. The only movies I can think of where they have had superheroes beating up or killing rapists are 'The Crow' movies and The Crow saved two women and a young girl from being raped in the first three movies and killed them and he also killed a guy who was sexually abusing his daughter. I think we will see people like that in Rob Cohen's 'Razor' movie. In the Razor comics she kills people like that all the time and she has had criminals try to rape her and cut their penises and testicles off when they have exposed them to her.
