Arcade modes like Uprising and Retribution with All Heroes available should be permanent. And Halloween Terror too. Or least rotated like they were during an Anniversary. Not limited to 3 weeks of every year.
But we know why Bizzard won't do that. It's not their silly answer of "We want to keep it speshul". How would poor Blizzard make money from lootboxes when players can farm them from having too much fun with PvE?
