Well if they do, Marvel may still get some or all of the X-Men/FF4 if there is a non-transfer clause in the contracts. There isn't. As long as Fox remains a single, undissolved entity, they will continue to control the Marvel IP they have licensed. Comcast isn't going to make the 21CF brand name go away. Interesting. |
