Although I have often wondered that too and the odd thing is we actually do see all the people you mentioned in the comic books and Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Batwoman and Black Canary have all dealt with rapists and Supergirl once told a rapist if she saw him again she would tear his nuts off and shove them down his throats.
