That's almost certainly completely false. It's mainly used for guns and drugs. I guess you can find child porn if you search hard enough, but it's extremely risky. Even if you go through all the recommended security measures, you will be caught if the government turns their attention towards you.

My pet has been thinking of using it to purchase drugs because my pet's drug dealers are so unreliable and a hassle to deal with. One also has a much better chance of getting said drug at a higher purity, who can trust what's on the streets. My pet is also extremely paranoid, which is why he still hasn't done it.
