To be serious. The grounds I go to are volunteer run. Nobody gets paid to clean up. If everyone picked up just a couple of bits of litter on their way out, it would go a long way to help the clubs out.
I do the whole sideline after Shire home games. It does get noted, and gets you respect and favours from the club, on top of simply being the right thing to do, especially at Penpole Lane, as the ground is open, and adjoins a designated wildlife corridor.
