I'm watching Our Girl(2014-18)here and there , a BBC drama about girls in the British Army (based on real events) . It's pacing isn't perfect (compared to similar American shows) but the stories are involving with quite a bit of action . Here's a tribute video -
I watched this^ quite a while back when it was on TV here. I thought it was alright. It was good to see Lacey Turner in a role where she didn't annoy me, as I'd only previously seen her in two episodes of Being Human (UK version) and I really was not fond of her in that role. While her character in this^ show did start off as a bit annoying, I found she became more likable - at least to me, anyway. It was also nice to see Iwan Rheon in a role that was most un-Ramsay Bolton-like. I actually felt sorry for his character here by the end. Only after typing the name of the show into IMDB (to remind myself of the actress's name) did I discover that...I've only seen the first season. I thought what I saw was the end of the show, but it turns out it's had a second and third season too. Dang. It's probably been on TV here and I've missed it. Oh well, now I know.
