Recently saw his Richard III in THE WAR OF THE ROSES, probably the earliest production I've seen him. It's an interesting interpretation.
Although Albert Dieudonne will be Young Napoleon (although he was about the same age as Holm, fortyish) to me, I will always view Holm as the older, short-haired Napoleon in the Thames Serial NAPOLEON IN LOVE ("I will NOT have an old barren WHORE as my wife!").
Other works worth mentioning IMO: JESUS OF NAZARETH (His last scene, as the noncanonical Pharisee Zerah, witnessing the Empty Tomb "It all begins..."), A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (His Puck more restrained than Mickey Rooney), J.M. BARRIE AND THE LOST BOYS (a darker, more accurate version of FINDING NEVERLAND).
