Archaeologists Discover The World's Largest Ancient Stone Block

See that absurdly massive stone block? Yeah, that's not the one we're talking about. Look over to the right. German archaeologists working at the Baalbek site in Lebanon have uncovered the largest known ancient block.
It measures 19.6 meters (64 feet) in length, 6 meters (19.6 feet) wide, and is at least 5.5 meters (18 feet) high. Its weight is estimated at a daunting 1,650 tons (that's 3,300,000 pounds, or 1,496,850 kg)
The archaeologists concluded that because of the stone's configuration and level of smoothness, the block was meant to be transported without being cut.
The fully exposed block, dates back to around 27 B.C.

There is no f'ing way, that the SMALLER block could be dragged a hundred miles away over rocky terrain with primitive ropes, and tree rollers... And how would you get it across a river?
NOW... try moving a thousand more just like it!
And then you still have to lift all of them into their final precise position on your monument...
And we still haven't even figured out, HOW, they cut those massively huge blocks loose from the bedrock in the first place.
Did they stick some giant butter knife underneath the block to cut it free? LOL!
