Drugs dont need dark web, if your buying things that are not standard "e,coke,h,weed,meth" you are prob going to get somthing similar but not what you paid for (which is what alot of the e rave scene is like as people buy cheap substitutes to sell, nice for once off customers 
alot of docos I have seen on e they are not taking pure e or even e as they think they are HILARIOUS! meth is cut far better stims, h is cut and improved with much stronger opiates.
If you are buying in e,coke,h,weed,meth you are going away for a awhile no matter what country as its trafficking and these are the drugs they have sniffer dogs for so 1 year or longer in jail to buy 1,2,3 cheap grams of meths? hmmmm
