To me there's no other way. Feige and company put themselves in this situation. Now they have to finish the job and respect the ending of IW. I think that if the original heroes die honorable deaths, the people will embrace the next movie and love every bit of it. Comic books always killed the heroes off for good at some point, so this should be expected. So what are you talking about? Starlin's original 1991 story brought back people. What's with this love of mass destruction of fictional characters? Why does that matter? The last thing they should do is follow the comics they are based off of word for word. That would demean the impact of the stories and be inconsistent with the MCU at large, which has followed comic book stories fairly closely but not even remotely close to straight-up adaptations. Bringing some of them back is fine. It's a massive cop-out if they bring everyone back and allow everyone still alive as of now to stay that way by the end of Avengers 4. Just copy and pasting the ending of the IW comic series is the least creative and interesting thing they could do here. Also, the first half hasn't followed the comic series much at all, so why would they start now with A4?
