What comic book hero is perma-dead? Movies are different, but heroes have died before in the comics. I don't understand why people think a superhero dying is some kind of impossible and highly offensive act. Someone mentions the word "death" and a whole group of people shit their pants. But we are talking perma-death. How many super heroes have stayed dead in the comics. Remember the days when the only heroes that would never come back was Jason Todd and Bucky? And, if you haven't noticed, the MCU movies are basically live action comic books. So the MCU isn't different from comics. The MCU is a person saying "Hold my beer" when another person says "You can't do what is in the comics on film." |
