Europe: 10 out of 14 (Iceland, Germany, Serbia and Poland missing out)
South America: 4 out of 5 (only Peru dropping out)
Central/North America: 1 out of 3 (Mexico)
Asia: 1 out of 5 (Japan making it through)
Africa: 0 out of 5
But of course when the number of participants is increased to 48, most of the new spots will go to Africa and Asia. Makes perfect sense.
