Once again, you're missing the point. So let's just pretend that every character that's ever died in a comic book has come back later on. Now let's think about what power that has over the MCU: none. They can do whatever the hell they want.
Maybe everyone will come back and no one will die. Gamora and Loki will be drinking margaritas on a beach with the entire Avengers crew (both old and new) as everything is restored to normalcy and Thanos loses. That makes the entire movie of IW worthless.
Now if they go with my suggestion - a sacrifice by some or all of the old heroes to save the new ones - then IW will not have been for nothing. Thanos will lose in the end, but my hope is that the win for the heroes is at a cost. Again, I don't see why everyone is so against a few deaths. The death of a superhero sacrificing himself for those he protects and fights with could be one of the more powerful scenes in recent memory.
It doesn't make Infinity War worthless because it is about the journey as well as what happens at the end. If it made the movie worthless then what is the point of having a 2+ hour movie when you can just watch the last 5 minutes?
And we don't see why you are for deaths? Again, characters come back. And just to piss people off, I hope they bring back characters that died in previous movies.
I think what made infinity war worthless was the lack of story telling and disjointed plot, it was forced shocked value we see in all these terrible teen shows like gossip girl, where a character is fatally shot in the last episode but we know he is not dead but an OMG moment that carries no substance.
please stop trying to argue against common sense and good story telling. there are not in mcu movies, you should have just listened to james Cameron or chris pine who predicted what avengers IW will be before the film was released and got it right. cgi spectacle nonsense.
