Hell, that's a weird name for the sequel to Wonder Woman (2017)
but must be some time travel related thing? ; maybe the movie takes place in 1984?
It is very likely that the sequel takes place in 1984 and that she simply hasn't aged much in the last 100 years.
They never get older.
