I really enjoyed it too. If I do have a complaint, as I remember it, the movie didn't leave much to the imagination or the visuals to move the story along (Hence the instances of predictable dialogue?). That was something I respected the original for;it's not really one of my favorite Scott films.
well.....i'd have to agree with what you said, visually it's not as.......... breathtaking as the original, because while stunning it doesn't have the hyper-stylized look that Scott had during Blade Runner (and Alien), an aesthetic you can argue trumped the narrative, while with blade runner 2049 the focus was........the story which allowed it to be a more palatable film.
