The Office is more consistent for longer but didn't have the depth of the supporting cast Parks and Rec had. You actually cared what was going on with April, Andy, Chris, Ann, even Tom and Donna. Moreso than Kelly, Ryan, Oscar, Phyllis, etc.

Overall i probably enjoy the Office more for rewatching.

I cant choose between Ron Swanson and Dwight Schrute so they tie.

I loved the final season.

The only season I didn't care for was the first one and then they wisely retooled the show to make Leslie likeable.

I didn't like the first season parks and rec but i didnt care for the office season 1 either. i think both shows started on a shaky foot but quickly got much better.
