No. You can't be. There are a number of actors who only get one or two big roles and then they are back to working regular jobs again and others who only get roles as background actors and never advance to anything more. Some background actors go on to be very successful though and I am surprised over some of the actors I have heard started out as background actors on shows I watch 'cause I didn't realise it was them and I had to go back and re-watch 'Smallville' to see Evangeline Lilly as one and she is now one of the main stars of 'Ant Man and The Wasp.' Colton is lucky to have the job he has.
