My Stepmother Is an Alien (1988)

Have put this one in my watchlist, as it looked very fun and also I notice it seems to be in a similar tone to a film I loved as a kid, but strangely I forgot both the title and who played in it, but it turned out later that it was the Disney produced sci-fi comedy Not Quite Human which was released the same year as Making Mr. Right, but sadly that one I think still not have been given a DVD release, that and its sequel Not Quite Human 2 (1989).

Once more, thanks so very much for your recommendations, mszanadu  I really do appreciate that, as it is one of the few things I miss the most from the old IMDb board.
People sharing and discussing their favorite movies and bringing up similar themed/related titles in the same thread/message board, specially those I have never heard of before but that seems like a good time.
