I don't know that it would make me happy as such. But she could hardly expect to keep her job given her performance.

Hiring and then firing Lord and Miller probably cost her bosses a hundred million dollars. She's responsible for the first movie in the history of the franchise to lose money. She's ignored or belittled a significant portion of the franchise fan base on the assumption that they'll either pay to see the movies anyway, or it won't matter because doing so will broaden the fanbase so much that those lost won't matter. And it hasn't worked out that way.

In short, she's taken on a big job and stuffed it up. With that level of job performance, would you expect her to keep her job?
