So it was peanut butter on a hamburger?
I take back what I said about him not being as evil in the movie. What kind of subhuman monster would put peanut butter on a hamburger??!!!

. Of course I never tried peanut butter on hamburgers
but it just doesn't seem too appetizing to me here either - too much
. I agree please do give this movie another chance
it might surprise you on a second viewing
. Although I agree also not every short story was grand
the only one for me that really made very last " on my prefer list "
was the very first short story called - " Time out "
serious subject matter on that storyline
. The other short stories followed for me in this order
- 1. Prologue: "Something Scary" - ( IMPO - A really effective short story and one of my top favorite actors in this one - Dan Aykroyd
. )2. "Kick the Can" - ( IMPO - This was a much more sentimental version than the original and was Directed by Steven Spielberg )
3. "It's a Good Life" - ( IMPO - Another good one that had a different spin on it from the original and recurring cameo actor in it Bill Mumy )
4. "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" - ( IMPO - Another good modernized version of this short story and actor John Lithgow
was really good in this one also
. )5. Epilogue: "Even Scarier" - ( IMPO - Just as good as the beginning prologue with Dan Aykroyd in this one again
. ) 6. "Time Out" - ( IMPO -This one definitely makes a serious statement
also a hard lesson to learn about humanity and where it stands with each other
. Another top favorite actor of mine in it for only under 5 minutes in this one - John Larroquette
. ) Another interesting yet eerie bit of info I read online a couple of years ago
that was on an interview article with actor John Larroquette
. A long story short - JL mentioned he was to be on set of the Helicopter accident
but that day when he was on the way to go to the set
his car stalled out on the road and wouldn't start up again
. So with that he missed the appointment
to ride in the helicopter that very day
that was one lucky man there for sure
. Again thanks so much Jay for your reply
.
I also forgot he was in it too. Thanks for jogging my memory ever so slightly
