Trying my best to stay within what I think people would call a 'bad movie' standard (sort of that 'so bad, it's good' type of thing)...
Death Race 2000 (1975) (6.2/10 average on IMDb)
NOTE: I have seen Death Race 2000 probably three times or more by now.
p.s. I just went with 6.4/10 at the high end of the topic because anything higher I feel would have TOO high of a score to quality for a topic like this (hell, in general it's best to stick with the 5.9/10 or lower standard for a topic like this but I feel the movie I listed in the 6.0-6.4/10 bracket above is a good choice). plus, I did not simply select the movie I like the most in the 6.4/10 or lower average score range but instead selected the one I liked the most that fits inline with the topic.
