I thought it was better in some ways and worse in other ways. They both have the exact same IMDb score so they're about the same.
The CGI, the action and the story were better in Batman vs Superman. Whereas Justice League (aside from the CGI) didn't do anything as particularly wrong, there was no "Save Martha" scene, no villain as bad as Lex Luthor and it wasn't quite as depressing, Superman was portrayed much better....though Batman much worse.
They're both about the same.
