I "borrowed" the thread from the 90s section and thought since there was no one placed here, I think it would be fun to have a place to post and discuss their fond memories of the music from the 00s.
Anyway, I start up with a few cuts from an album I purchased on impulse back in spring of 2003, which turned out to be one of my favorite music years and also music discoveries as the danish rock band MEW and their album Frengers (2003) was a big success for my part.
A very melodic and impressive record where there are absolutely no fillers and while I never really did end up exploring more of their later releases, I always come back to the spring-summer of 2003 and these great songs:
