Hall Of Fame voting standards to change when it comes to pitchers?

Pitchers will probably have to be judged against their contemporary peers. I know WAR blah blah blah but it’s probably not fair to compare the stats of Roy Halladay to, say, Bob Gibson. Different times, eras, use of pitchers etc. Was the pitcher dominant in his era? This is where I’m not on the Mussina bandwagon. He was always good but never dominant. In light of Jack Morris getting in (who I don’t feel is a HOFer either) Moose will probably get in somehow. Halladay on the other hand was completely dominant his entire career and had post-season success with the Phillies. He should get in unanimously.
