Because it was.
On nearly every level.

It is far from perfect, but it at least gets the characters right.

BvS had a great visual style, moments that look great on commercials and trailers, but that was it.

Donald Trump is a national embarrassment who embodies every horrible international stereotype of Americans with no ability to govern nor capacity to learn how.

1. Trump lost the popular vote which means the majority of people think the same way they did when they voted in 2012

2. 44 states and DC voted the same way they did in 2012.

There is no national shift to the Right...this is the same country it was 4 years ago.
