I just watched him in The Arousers (1972), which seems to be better known as Sweet Kill. He was reinventing himself as a serial killer in this one. His performance is the best thing about it, aside from the ridiculous amount of nudity. After the Production Code ended and the rating system was installed, movie studios went overboard with gratuitous nudity, whether it was important to the plot line or not. Some of it was full-frontal nudity of both men and women. Eventually, the viewing public got sick of it, and it greatly declined. BTW, by 1972, actors like Tab Hunter were considered "has beens" who would take any role offered, no matter how bad.
