In short... at this point in time, NO. but I will say Tarantino's top movie beats Scorsese's in my mind.

My favorite Scorsese movies...

1.The Color of Money (1986) - 8/10 (within my Top 56 movies)
2.The Aviator (2004) - 7.5-8/10 (within my Top 105 movies)
3.Casino (1995)
4.Gangs of New York (2002) - 7-7.5/10 (not much outside of my Top 105 movies)
5.The Departed (2006) - 7/10 (within my Top 186 movies)

My favorite Tarantino movies...

1.Pulp Fiction (1994) - 9/10 (within my Top 26 movies)
2.Django Unchained (2012) - 7.5-8/10 (within my Top 105 movies)
3.The Hateful Eight (2015) - 6.5-7/10 (within my Top 186 movies)
