On a mainstream level... Spielberg obviously wins as he's a huge name in the industry etc as not many can challenge him as he's had quite a few big hits over the years.
but in terms of volume of quality movies from each director for me personally... I favor QT over Spielberg and I expect QT to still output more movies I score a 7 or higher where as with Spielberg I am not expecting that to happen.
