How many times has this happened now where someone has just given an opinion and some social media brigade has pounced on them, it's made news and then they're forced to apologize for it.

People have lost their jobs and everything, undeserved because of this. It annoys me more when they keep giving in by apologizing.

Oh this has been going on way before the social media age. You just see it more because of social media (like everything else).
