I like that he's been flexible enough to give someone like Defoe a chance, and has tried a new formation as he did against Germany.
Those were some minor positives, but Defoe has scored 14 prem goals this season, so he kinda picks himself, no way does he get picked if all our strikers weren't crocked. And trying 3 at the back, hardly groundbreaking, he obviously saw Jose do it the other day.
