That^ would be Boris "I am invincible!" Grishenko played by Alan Cumming in the Bond movie GoldenEye (1995).
I've seen the actor in a lot of things since then, but I'll always remember his role from this movie since I think it was the first thing I ever saw him in.
At least Boris got his in the end.
Oh cool, thanks for the information. I don't watch Bond movies and haven't seen 'GoldenEye'.
