Actually, beer was a valuable food stable in cultures as far by as back as Mesopotamia and Ancient Egypt, it was a good way to preserve a very nutritious food source. You have to eat to sustain life but you being obese is due to your overeating. You nor anyone has to drink beer or wine. If you have 2 beers with your meal then you have had more beer than your liver can safely process in an hour. For someone who claims to not drink anymore you sure are arguing in favor of alcohol big time. It's amazing how many "non drinkers" do that exact same thing.
No matter how anyone here wants to dance around the fact or make excuses for sucking down booze, alcohol is the MOST LETHAL item on that list. I couldn't care less if you or anyone wants to drink themselves to death BUT, the disgusting truth is pathetic drunks often take others with them in a variety of horrible ways.
Like I said suck down booze until your liver is pickled but stop pretending alcohol is the safest option when it's the exact opposite. Also all of the info is available with a simple search yet you continue to babble.
Madame Calment of France (documented to have lived to 122 years old ) began smoking when she was 21 and continued until she was 116. Jeanne credited her long, long, long life to drinking a glass of Port wine every day and eating chocolate. Emma Morano is currently the oldest living person in Europe. Morano too made a point to mention that she enjoys chocolate on occasion, but Emma also consumes three eggs and drinks a glass of homemade brandy every day. There is no accounting for genes. I won't dispute the fact that anything, even sugar and salt are lethal when consumed in ridiculously large amounts or that barbecued food has carcinogens because of the cooking process. This is true. I will concede that but not everyone who drinks are pathetic drunks.
