1: Would if he created something that produced sustainable resources for eternity so long as population growth didn't explode, there by actually encouraging planets, governments and even people to be responsible and not mindless fuckers.

2: Who even said anything about creating an endless supply? I didn't I said more and reversing damage civilisation has caused to planets, essentially resetting stuff so that now people know the dangers of overtaxing a planets resources they wouldn't do so again now with hindsight.
