Hmmmmm. Welllll....... I'l say this much: as a basic human drive - like breathing, sleeping, drinking and eating - it is. And I'd add that it's a right to engage in it with anyone who's willing to consent, and of legal age to do so. What isn't a right is engaging without that person's consent. If that leaves anyone with only themselves for, uh, company...err, relief...ummm, satisfaction...and under legal circumstances (like the privacy of one's home), well, so be it. It may not be their preference, but it's surely a right with which no one is entitled to interfere. Well yes its a basic human drive but its not a human right. Even under the specific circumstances I've defined?
