I think you misunderstand that one a bit as I don't 'worship' Vera like I do God even though I obviously think very highly of her (which you can tell given my comments(but thinking highly of someone does not automatically turn them into a idol)) but obviously she's not God as she's still apart of creation like everyone else is which obviously makes her, along with everything else in creation, much lower than the Creator.
but with that said... it is possible for someone to turn a famous person into a idol though and that would be crossing the line. or those who basically turn money/power/fame etc into a idol which would be crossing the line to etc.
