It's liked upper mid-tier XMEN for me. 7/10 so it's on par with most of the MCU for me. I thought the opening at Nagasaki was great; liked most of the action scenes; and the Silver Samurai armor but what bugged me was the obvious plot twist and Mariko wasn't an interesting love interest. The Nagasaki scene is amazing! I just find it undeniably cool to see an iconic hero in past world events. I wish we could have had more Wolverine movies featuring flashbacks to show where he was at different stages of history. I know Origins has a montage of this, but the movie is unwatchable IMO. |
