As a big Batman fan, I don't understand the love for The Dark Knight.
Sure it is a pretty good crime movie, but it isn't a very good Batman movie. Bruce Wayne is a pretty flat character and the Batman voice is just ridiculous. Not much of the movie even directly focuses on him. Heath Ledger is good as the Joker, but he is also watered down from the comic version.
I think that Batman: The Animated Series and the animated movies such as Mask of the Phantasm, The Dark Knight Returns, and Under the Red Hood handle the characters much better.
To say that none of the MCU movies are as good as The Dark Knight is just silly. Civil War and Infinity War in particular were extremely well made movies. Just because they have a lot of CGI and a different tone doesn't mean they aren't as good.
To be honest, I think a lot of the love for The Dark Knight comes from bandwagoning. People see that it is called the best and they decide to jump on board. I remember when Avengers: Age of Ultron came out almost everybody loved it. A few months down the line when people started pointing out and exaggerating the flaws in it, people started acting like it was terrible.
