Under what merits has The Dark Knight been topped or hasn't yet by the MCU?

The Avengers, Civil War and Infinity War do all come close, but I still think TDK is better than all of them, just barely. And while I do think the other 3 I mentioned are better superhero movies, TDK is a better film altogether. That's just how I feel.

The only Marvel-related film that tops it IMHO is Spider-Man '02.
