Seeing as how this is the same studio that fired James Gunn in order to maintain their family friendly image, I can’t think of any real benefits to them making Deadpool movies. Not only are the first two Deadpool movies the opposite of family friendly, but they also do have their fair share of jokes pedophilia/hebephilia. I get that the simple solution would be to make sure that any future Deadpool movies don’t have jokes of that nature, but if they’re going to place certain limits on the kinds of jokes that can be made in these movies, is there really any point in even having Deadpool be rated R at all? A good chunk of the humor in the Deadpool movies is all about offending people. These movies weren’t made with being inoffensive and family friendly in mind. They were made specifically to cross the kinds of lines that other superhero movies wouldn’t dare cross. If Disney really is so insistent on maintaining a family friendly image, they have no reason to continue with the Ryan Reynolds Deadpool movies. No one wants to see a watered down Deadpool who has to be like Ant-Man or Rocket Raccoon, and I doubt that kids are demanding to see Deadpool interact with Spider-Man and Thor. Just don’t bother with it. But they WILL make Deadpool movies. There's too much money to be made to give up on that franchise.
How they will make them is to release them under a different banner. Oh it'll still be a movie made by the Disney corporation, but they will distance themselves by releasing it under a different banner, something like "Fox films" or "Touchstone studios" or some new name.
Disney is not stupid. They're hypocrites, but not stupid.
