Singer is a one-note filmmaker. 2 notes. 1) Usual Suspects and 2) the X-Men movies. 2 notes. Those are his noted movies. But Singer is one-note because he only has 1 thought process when it comes to his movies. He was going to do 2 remakes: Logan's Run and 20000 Leagues Under the Sea. Both movies he could use his X-men format with. Nemo is basically his Magneto. He did the same with Jack the Giant Slayer and Superman Returns. Hell, even Apt Pupil. |
