And Killmonger wasn't multi-dimensional. Killmonger was 1-dimensional. Kilmoger basically repeated the same line over and over again: "My people were oppressed so now it's time to strike back at our oppressors".

Killmonger had his inner lip tattooed by his father, which is used to mark natives of Wakanda. It got him eligible to enter Wakanda so I think it makes him a citizen.
