i loved it. and it was nice of eastwood (a sort of an all american leader figure) to hand over the baton (in this case, the car) to a korean guy. Have you seen Mark D. Lee's mini-documentary 'Gran Torino : Next Door' (2009) about the Hmong community's off-set activities in Detroit? It provides great insight into Hmong American culture. oh, no man. i wasnt aware of it. |
