You're right. It is possible they will. Whether it is Kara or Nia Nal I have a feeling they will give Braniac 5 a love interest this season now he has been upgraded to a Season Regular and we will probably see him interact with more people and he may even struggle getting used to living in the present after living in the future for so long especially since he has to hide who and what he is in the present and he didn't have to do that in the future.
