There was a thread on the General board a few weeks back - "You're Really Old If You Remember..." or something like that - and those came up. "Church keys," they were called: the can opener at one end and the bottle opener at the other:

Some of us remembered getting all the way to the beach with a cooler full of drinks, and realizing no one had thought to bring one. We still keep a magnetized one on the side of the refrigerator; I've never gotten used to twist-off beer bottle caps.
